Exegesis of the saying of Allah the Exalted: (A reward for what they used to do)]

Allah the Exalted said:
as reward for what they used to do.جَزَاءً بِمَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ
[Al-Waqi'ah: 24] Meaning: They are rewarded with this great reward, (a reward for what they used to do) meaning: by their deeds or by what they used to do, so the (ma) here can be a verbal noun particle and it can be a relative pronoun, and the (ba) here is for causality, and the (ba) in the Arabic language is a well-known preposition, having many meanings depending on the context,For example, if I say: I sold you a cloth for a dinar, so the (ba) here is for the price,Meaning: this is the price of that, so the price is equivalent to the item priced, and there is no difference between them,And the (ba) comes for causality as in the saying of Allah the Exalted:
and We send down rain therein and bring forth thereby [some] of all the fruitsفَأَنْزَلْنَا بِهِ الْمَاءَ فَأَخْرَجْنَا بِهِ مِنْ كُلِّ الثَّمَرَاتِ
[Al-A'raf: 57] So His saying:
*And We brought forth through it*فَأَخْرَجْنَا بِهِ
meaning: by its cause, the (ba) here is for causality,And the rest is the saying of Allah the Exalted:
as reward for what they used to do.جَزَاءً بِمَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ
[Al-Waqi'ah: 24] Is it for the price or for causality?First: What is the difference between them? The price, meaning: that the two things are equivalent, so the (ba) is for causality, and it is not suitable to be for the price; As the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and his family said: (No one will enter Paradise by his deed -Meaning: as a price -They said: nor you, O Messenger of Allah! He said: Nor I, except that Allah covers me with His mercy) .

So the (ba) in His saying:
as reward for what they used to do.جَزَاءً بِمَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ
[Al-Waqi'ah: 24] Meaning: by the cause of their deeds, and it does not mean that it is a price; because if Allah intended to give us a price, one favor would encompass all our deeds, is that not so?
And if you should count the favors of Allah, you could not enumerate themوَإِنْ تَعُدُّوا نِعْمَةَ اللَّهِ لا تُحْصُوهَا
[An-Nahl: 18] But if we count our deeds, we would enumerate them, and therefore some scholars found it difficult how Allah the Mighty and Majestic says:
as reward for what they used to do.جَزَاءً بِمَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ
[Al-Waqi'ah: 24] and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) says: (No one will enter Paradise by his deed) They answered that the (ba) in the negation is the (ba) of the price, and the (ba) in the affirmation is the (ba) of causality.

So the (ba) in His saying:

[Al-Waqi'ah: 24] Meaning: by the cause of their deeds, and it does not mean that it is a price; because if Allah intended to give us a price, one favor would encompass all our deeds, is that not so?
