The Place of the Takbirs of Transition from One Pillar to Another

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
What is the ruling on the prayer of the imam of the mosque who does not say the takbir for bowing until he has fully completed his bowing and settled into it, and does not say, “Allah hears the one who praises Him,” until he has fully stood up, and does not say the takbir for prostration until after he places his forehead on the ground? And what is the ruling on the prayer of the one praying behind him?

Answer:
Answer: These are the takbirs of transition from one pillar to another, and their place is at the time of the transition from one pillar to another. One should not delay them until he stands, or until he prostrates, or until he bows. Rather, he says them while he is moving into bowing, or prostration, or standing, because they are for the time of transition from one pillar to another. The Sunnah is to place them in between, so one does not delay them until he enters the pillar to which he has transitioned. This is contrary to the Sunnah, but his prayer is valid, because few are free from this due to ignorance of this matter.
