Exegesis of the saying of Allah the Exalted: (So glorify by the name of your Lord, the Supreme)]
Allah the Exalted said: [al-Waqi'ah:96] (Subhan) means: He is free from every defect and flaw, or from being likened to creation. He is free from every defect because of the perfection of His attributes, and from being likened to creation.Allah the Exalted said: [al-Shura:11] ,And Allah the Exalted said: [Qaf:38] meaning: from fatigue or weariness.
And his statement: [al-Waqi'ah:96] It is said that the preposition "ba" is superfluous, and that the meaning is: Glorify the name of your Lord.As Allah the Exalted said: [al-A'la:1] It is also said that it is not superfluous, and that the meaning is: Glorify Allah by His name. Therefore, it is necessary to pronounce the tasbih. She says: Subhan Allah. However, if you glorify Him only with your heart, that is not sufficient. On this view, the "ba" indicates accompaniment.Meaning: Glorify Allah with a tasbih accompanied by His name.
[Al-Waqi'ah 56:74] The Lord is: the Creator, the Owner, the Manager, and the Magnificent, Possessor of majesty and grandeur (Exalted and Majestic is He). If this surah alone had been revealed in the Qur'an, it would have been sufficient to encourage doing good and leaving evil.
The mention of Allah the Exalted at its beginning of the Day of Resurrection: [al-Waqi'ah:1] Then it divides people into three categories: the foremost, the companions of the right, and the companions of the left. Then Allah mentions the state of man at death at the end of it.And it divides all people into three categories: The brought near, the companions of the right, and the liars who are astray. Thus, it contains everything. And as it mentions the beginning of creation in His saying: [al-Waqi'ah:58-59] and provision in the form of food and drink and what makes them wholesome. Thus, it is a complete surah. For this reason, a person should reflect upon it when he reads it, just as he reflects upon the rest of the Qur'an. However, this surah contains great meanings.
And with this, the discussion of this surah ends.
Allah the Exalted said:
So exalt the name of your Lord, the Most Great.
There is nothing like unto Him, and He is the Hearing, the Seeing.
And We did certainly create the heavens and earth and what is between them in six days, and there touched Us no weariness.
And his statement:
In the name of your Lord
Exalt the name of your Lord, the Most High,
سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الْأَعْلَىthe name of your Lord, the Most Great.
The mention of Allah the Exalted at its beginning of the Day of Resurrection:
When the Occurrence occurs,
(58) Have you seen that which you emit? (59) Is it you who creates it, or are We the Creator?
And with this, the discussion of this surah ends.
