The Ruling on Making an Exception in Faith

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
What is the ruling on making an exception in faith,As if a person says: saying, "I am a believer, if Allah wills"?

A person's saying: If by this he means seeking blessing, or that his faith occurred by the will of Allah, then this is true, and there is no problem with it; it is permissible. And if he is hesitating, when he is asked: Are you a believer? He said: If Allah wills, meaning that he is hesitating, that he may be or may not be, then this is disbelief that expels one from the religion. Why? Because hesitation in faith is not faith, for faith is certainty. This is with regard to the creed of faith. As for deeds, deeds are part of faith.By his saying (peace and blessings be upon him): (Faith has seventy-odd branches, the highest of which is the declaration: There is no god but Allah, and the lowest is removing a harmful object from the road, and modesty is a branch of faith) If his intention is deeds,And he said: saying "I am a believer, if Allah wills" to mean that I am practicing all the attributes of faith, then this is also correct. Not every believer practices all the ordinances.
