The impermissibility of counting some of the debt owed to one by people as zakah

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
I lent money to a person, and this person is unable to pay. May I count this loan as zakah?
It is not permissible for a person to forgive a debt owed by a poor person and intend it as zakah;because of the saying of Allah the Exalted:
And do not aim toward the defective therefrom, spending [from that] while you would not take it [yourself] except with closed eyesوَلا تَيَمَّمُوا الْخَبِيثَ مِنْهُ تُنْفِقُونَ وَلَسْتُمْ بِآخِذِيهِ إِلَّا أَنْ تُغْمِضُوا فِيهِ
[Surat al-Baqarah: 267] Just as it is not permissible to pay off the debt of a deceased person from zakah.
