Ruling on what exits the body other than urine and feces

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Does blood exiting the body through a nosebleed or a wound invalidate the ablution?
No, nothing that exits the body invalidates the ablution except urine and feces. As for blood, vomit, pus, and what women call the discharge that constantly flows from the woman’s private part,Until some of the scholars said: and incontinence of urine, these do not invalidate the ablution either. If a person performs the ablution for the first time, his ablution does not become invalid unless he experiences another state of ritual impurity. The reason for this is that he gains no benefit from the ablution, since the state of impurity is permanent, so there is no benefit in performing the ablution. Yes, if his ablution is invalidated by passing wind, for example, and he has urinary incontinence, then he must perform the ablution. This view is not far from the truth. Initially, I held the view that it invalidates the ablution and that it is not permissible for a person to perform the ablution for prayer until the time for prayer has entered. However, after reviewing the statements of the scholars and their disagreement, and the strength of the reasoning of those who reasoned that this ablution is of no benefit because the state of impurity is permanent, I retracted my initial view. This view is undoubtedly more lenient for people, especially for women from whom this constant discharge emerges, particularly during the days of Hajj and 'Umrah. For example, if a woman goes to the mosque after Maghrib to pray the 'Isha' prayer, and we say that the ablution is invalidated, it means she must begin the ablution after the time has entered. This results in great hardship, especially during the days of crowding. It is a matter of hardship for the Muslims, and the evidence for it is not clear. And Allah the Exalted said:
Allah intends for you easeيُرِيدُ اللَّهُ بِكُمُ الْيُسْرَ
[al-Baqarah:185] And He said:
and has not placed upon you in the religion any difficultyوَمَا جَعَلَ عَلَيْكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ مِنْ حَرَجٍ
[al-Hajj:78] .
It also appears that what affects women is the same as what affected the women of the past, and it has not been reported that the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered women to perform the ablution for the time of every prayer. The most that can be said is that there is a disagreement regarding the woman with irregular bleeding; Then Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) indicated that his statement: "Perform the ablution for every prayer" is not authentic, and therefore he deliberately omitted it from his hadith. The important point is that the customary things do not invalidate the ablution except urine and feces only, and passing wind, because the hadith has been established for it.

The questioner: What is meant by the exiting of the foul impure substance? The Shaykh: It does not harm,And the foul impure substance: It is blood and vomit. The correct view is that human blood and human vomit are pure, because there is no evidence for their impurity, whether in large or small amounts. As long as there is no evidence, the original state is purity.
