If a man is one of the grave-worshippers, prostrating to graves, circumambulating around graves, and slaughtering for shrines, considering these things to be part of Islam, knowing that the call of Islam has not reached him and he does not know the meaning of tawhid (the oneness of Allah) or the phrase of tawhid, what is the ruling regarding him? Do we consider him a Muslim or a mushrik (one who associates partners with Allah)?
