The ruling on one who says: The Mawlid is permissible with conditions

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Some of those who promote the bid'ah of the Mawlid say: The Mawlid is permissible, but with conditions and restrictions,Among them: that it be kept away from shirki poetry and the like?

First: We say: Where is the evidence that its origin is established, whether with conditions or without? And are these conditions actually applied in reality? No.
We have heard that some of them, in the midst of dhikr and sending blessings upon the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), stand up as if they were a single man,And they say: saying, "The presence of the Prophet has arrived!" So the point is, as long as it is a bid'ah (religious innovation), it is not permissible under any circumstances. And you, O students of knowledge! must make this clear to the people, but with a gentle manner. And you, my brothers! must stick to what is established and transmitted. Increase in sending blessings and peace upon the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him), increase in the remembrance of Allah, and spread among the people the characteristics of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) throughout the rest of the year, not just on this night.
