Knowing the Doctrine of the Qadariyyah

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
I mentioned belief in the divine decree, and there is a sect called the Qadariyyah. We hope to know what their doctrine is?

The Qadariyyah mean: They are the deniers of the divine decree, and this is a negative attribution; because the custom is that one attributed to a thing possesses it, but these people are the opposite. These people are attributed to the divine decree but do not believe in it. The Qadari believes that the human being is independent in his action, with no intervention by Allah in it.And some of them exaggerate until they say: They claim that Allah does not know of the servant's action except what has occurred. These people are called the Majus (Zoroastrians) by the people of the Sunnah. They say: The Qadariyyah are the Majus of this Ummah. How is that? The Qadariyyah say: This universe has two creators: light and darkness. So the evil in it is created by darkness, and the good in it is created by light. Thus, they made two creators for the created things and events. The Qadariyyah are likewise: the actions of the servants and what happens from them are independent for the servant, and what Allah does is for Allah. So they resembled the Majus in this respect, and were called the Majus of this Ummah. And there is a hadith about it, but it is weak, yet the people of the Sunnah adopted this title.
