Ruling on adding the word: (and we seek His guidance) in the sermon of need, and how to determine the first and second hours of Friday]

Your Eminence! What is the Shari'ah's view, in your opinion, regarding adding: (and we seek His guidance) in the Friday sermon and others, and is there an approximate time to determine the first and second hours?
؟
I say—may Allah bless you—that the words transmitted from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) should not have anything added to their interior. The word (we seek His guidance) did not come in the hadith, and the word (we repent to Him) did not come. She says: (Praise be to Allah, we praise Him, we seek His help, we seek His forgiveness, and we seek refuge in Allah from the evils of our souls) As for when the transmitted text ends, there is no harm in adding what you see as appropriate; because there is a difference between adding to the interior of the transmitted text and adding after it.
As for the hour of Friday, divide the time between the rising of the sun and the arrival of the imam into five parts, in winter or summer. The first part is the first hour, the second is the second hour, and so on. For this reason, the hours differ in length and shortness according to the length and shortness of the day.
