What is the ruling on adding (we seek His guidance) to the Friday sermon and others? And how do we determine the first hour of that day?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds:
Your Eminence, what is the Shari'ah's view, in your opinion, regarding the addition of: "and we seek His guidance," in the Friday sermon and others?
And is there an approximate determination for the first hour, specifically on Friday, and likewise the second hour?

The Shaykh : I say, may Allah reward you: The words reported from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) should not have anything added to their interior. The word: "we seek His guidance" was not reported in the hadith, and the word: "we repent to Him" was not reported. You say: "Praise be to Allah, we praise Him and seek His help and seek His forgiveness, and we seek refuge in Allah from the evils of our souls." However, if the reported text has ended, there is no harm in adding what you see as appropriate, because there is a difference between the addition being in the interior of the reported text and being after it.
As for the hour of Friday, divide the time between the rising of the sun and the arrival of the imam into five parts, in winter or summer. The first part is the first hour, and the second part is the second hour, and so on. For this reason, the hours differ in length and shortness according to the length and shortness of the day.
