Does water in which microbe or ink has fallen lose its purity?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Well, if you please, regarding water that has been changed by microbe. A bucket of water fell, and a microbe or a part of ink fell into it, changing its color. Is this water permissible to use for purification?

The Shaykh : First: The changing agent that affects the purity of water must be impurity, do you understand?

The questioner : Yes, yes.

The Shaykh : That is, the appearance of a change in one of the properties of water due to impurity, not a pure substance. That is the first point. Second: If a pure substance falls into it and changes the color of the water, this change either takes it out of being absolute water, meaning: it is not called "this is water," but rather "water of such-and-such," for example, water of sweat. Do you know sweat?

The questioner: Yes.

The Shaykh : Yes, this is not called water; it is called sweat. Therefore, it is not permissible to purify oneself with it, because it is pure but not purifying. So, it has exited the state of being pure, but it has exited the state of being purifying.
