Continuation of the discussion regarding the story of the man who heard a voice from the cloud ordering it to water so-and-so's land.

The Shaykh : So look at how our Lord subjected the sky to a servant working in the land, who did not have in his mind that our Lord would honor him with this honor, by singling out the cloud for his land and him obtaining this honor. This is the verification of His saying: [At-Talaq 65:3]
Until he reached an orchard, and there was the cloud emptying its load of rain onto this land. He found a man working in the land and greeted him, and perhaps he addressed him by his name. The man was amazed at how he knew his name, as he was a stranger. He said to him, "I heard the cloud say such and such. When the cloud emptied its load of water onto the land, I knew that you were the one intended by that. By what did you attain this honor from Allah?" He said, as is the case with the righteous, "I am a man of worship. I do not know that I have this land; I tend to it and harvest it, and I divide the harvest into three parts: one part I return to the land, one part I spend on myself and my family, and the third part I give in charity to my neighbors and relatives." He said to him, "This is it."
And will provide for him from where he does not expect
