Preparation for the greatest trial in the Hereafter.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : And this trial we are speaking of is a trial in some of the matters of this world; if a person fails in it this time, he may succeed the second time. But here is a trial greater than that and more dangerous: the trial of a person in his grave. When he is buried and his companions leave him, two angels come to him and ask him about his Lord, his religion, and his Prophet. So,
Allah keeps firm those who believe, with the firm word, in worldly life and in the Hereafter ـيُثَبِّتُ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آَمَنُوا بِالْقَوْلِ الثَّابِتِ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَفِي الْآَخِرَةِ
[Ibrahim 14:27]
the believer says, "My Lord is Allah, my religion is Islam, and my Prophet is Muhammad."
I ask Allah to make me and you among those, and to make us firm with the firm word in this worldly life and in the Hereafter, and to grant us preparation for this meeting. Indeed, He is capable of all things. And all praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds. And may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and all his Companions.
