The ruling on the blood that comes out of the sacrificial animal.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : All right. Is the blood that comes out of it ritually impure or ritually pure? What is before the soul leaves, what is before the soul leaves, is ritually impure. And what is after its death is ritually pure. Do you understand? The evidence that the blood before her soul is extinguished is forbidden is the saying of Allah, Blessed and Exalted is He:
Say, "I do not find within that which was revealed to me [anything] forbidden to one who would eat it unless it be a dead animal or blood spilled out or the flesh of swine - for indeed, it is impure قُلْ لَا أَجِدُ فِي مَا أُوحِيَ إِلَيَّ مُحَرَّمًا عَلَى طَاعِمٍ يَطْعَمُهُ إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ مَيْتَةً أَوْ دَمًا مَسْفُوحًا أَوْ لَحْمَ خِنْزِيرٍ فَإِنَّهُ رِجْس
[Al-An'am 6:145]
. As for after her soul has left, the blood is ritually pure. So if a person is struck by blood from it after its skin is removed, it is ritually pure, ritually pure. And it is not obligatory for him to wash it, neither from his garment nor from his body. What is the ruling on the blood that is in the heart? It is ritually pure. The liver? It is ritually pure. The blood of the veins? It is ritually pure. Is it obligatory? Is it obligatory to wash what is on the neck from what? Yes. From what resulted from the spilled blood, or is it not obligatory? Some scholars said: It is obligatory, because it is ritually impure. And some scholars said: It is excused, because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) did not order its washing. Nor did he order the washing of the game that a dog hunts, or a falcon hunts, or the like of that, even though it is contaminated with ritually impure blood. And this is something that is excused, so if a person leaves its washing, there is no blame on him. And if he washed it, that would be more cautious and better.
