The blood that affects a person's skin and clothing from the blood between the flesh

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The fourth question of the fatwa number ( 5310 )
Q4: We see some of the brothers coming to the mosque for prayer with blood on their clothes, and when we advise them, they say: the blood here is the blood of a halal slaughter, and its blood does not invalidate the prayer. Is this statement correct or not? And is it permissible to pray with blood on the clothes and skin or not?
A4: Praise be to Allah alone, and blessings and peace be upon His Messenger, his family, and his Companions.. And after:
The original ruling for things is permissibility and purity, and it is not said that something is forbidden and impure except with evidence. There is no absolute connection between the forbidden and the impure; every impure thing is forbidden, but not every forbidden thing is impure. The Qur'an has indicated the prohibition of blood, both absolutely and with a restriction, and the absolute is carried over to the restricted. Allah the Exalted said:
Prohibited to you are dead animals, bloodحُرِّمَتْ عَلَيْكُمُ الْمَيْتَةُ وَالدَّمُ
[Al-Ma'idah 5:3]
, and He said:
Say, "I do not find within that which was revealed to me [anything] forbidden to one who would eat it unless it be a dead animal or blood spilled outقُلْ لاَ أَجِدُ فِي مَا أُوحِيَ إِلَيَّ مُحَرَّمًا عَلَى طَاعِمٍ يَطْعَمُهُ إِلا أَنْ يَكُونَ مَيْتَةً أَوْ دَمًا مَسْفُوحًا
[Al-An'am 6:145]
. So blood was mentioned absolutely in the first verse and restricted to what is poured out in the second. Al-Qurtubi said: "The scholars agreed that blood is forbidden and impure, not to be eaten or benefited from." He also said: "Allah, Glorified and Exalted is He, mentioned blood here absolutely, and restricted it in al-An'am by His saying:
flowingمَسْفُوحًا
. The scholars carried the absolute here over to the restricted by consensus, so the blood here—in Surat al-Baqarah—means what is poured out; because what is mixed with the meat is not forbidden by consensus, and likewise the liver and spleen are agreed upon." This is the end of the intended quote. And by this it is known that the blood that touches a person's skin or his clothes, which is the blood between the meat, is not impure, because it is not poured out. However, it is better for the Muslim to clean himself of it because of its filthiness, and so that he is not accused of roughness and smearing.
with the impure blood, which is the flowing blood, knowing that a small amount of flowing blood is excused according to the scholars of knowledge. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and his Companions.
