And these films that contain beneficial things that benefit the students, that benefit the young ones and deter them from something worse than them, if it is necessary, there is no doubt that they are less severe than obscene films. The young child is permitted amusement and play that is not permitted for the adult. For this reason, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) permitted 'A'ishah (may Allah be pleased with her) to play with dolls; she had dolls that she played with, because he married her when she was young. How old was she when he married her? Nine years old. He consummated the marriage with her when she was nine, nine years old. And he, peace and blessings be upon him, was the best of people to his family. He allowed her to play with these toys. So what is permitted for the young is not permitted for the adults.
