What is the ruling on one who walks in front of the people praying, whether in congregation or in voluntary prayer? Should we prevent him?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : What is the ruling on one who walks in front of the people praying, whether in obligatory or voluntary prayer? Should we prevent him?

The Shaykh : If a person walks between the rows while they are praying behind the imam, that does not affect the people praying, because the imam’s barrier is a barrier for those behind him, even if the one passing by is a woman; that does not affect them.
But does this passer commit a sin or not?
The correct view is that he does not commit a sin, but if there is a fear of disturbing the people praying, he should not pass through, especially if his passing is not out of necessity.
