Is it permissible to work at an interest-based institution as a driver or a guard?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Is it permissible to work at an interest-based institution as a driver or a guard?

The Shaykh : It is not permissible to work at interest-based institutions, even if a person is a driver or a guard. This is because taking a position at interest-based institutions entails approval of them, for one who denies a thing cannot work for its benefit.
If he works for its benefit, he is approving of it, and the one who approves of a forbidden thing shares in its sin.
As for the one who directly handles binding, writing, sending, depositing, and the like, he is undoubtedly directly involved in the forbidden. It is established from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said, and indeed it is established from the hadith of Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
the one who consumes usury, the one who pays it, those who witness it and the one who writes it down لعن آكل الربا وموكله وشاهديه وكاتبه، وقال : هم سواء
