Is it permissible for another group to pray in the same Eid prayer area where the first group prayed?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Peace be upon you and Allah's mercy.

The Shaykh : And upon you be peace, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.

The questioner : May Allah accept from us and from you, our Shaykh.

The Shaykh : May Allah accept from us and from you good deeds.

The questioner : May Allah bless you.

The Shaykh : You are welcome.

The questioner : Our Shaykh, I have a question regarding the Eid prayer. Today we prayed in the mosque, and some people, meaning they will celebrate tomorrow, if Allah wills, so they asked us to let them pray in the same mosque. Do we allow them?

The Shaykh : First, where are you speaking from?

The questioner : I am speaking from Canada.

The Shaykh : Okay, and how did you split into two groups?

The questioner : By Allah, my Shaykh, the sighting of the moon in America was from yesterday by nine people.

The Shaykh: All right.

The questioner : So they say, for example, here with us in Canada, that they are waiting for the moon today, because yesterday was the twenty-eighth day of yesterday of fasting.

The Shaykh : Today.

The questioner : Yesterday, for the people who started fasting on Tuesday.

The Shaykh : Yes.

The questioner : So it appeared, meaning today we prayed the Eid prayer, and they came, meaning many people, meaning they did not celebrate today. So is it possible, meaning, can we let them pray in the mosque?

The Shaykh : Meaning, you who prayed, your month was twenty-nine days.

The questioner: Yes.

The Shaykh : And they who want to pray.

The questioner : Today, twenty-nine days.

The Shaykh : There is no obstacle, my brother. You allow them, because these are matters that cannot be regulated, especially in lands of disbelief.

The questioner: Yes.

The Shaykh : May Allah save you from it.

The questioner : May Allah bless you, our Shaykh. There is a second part to the question.

The Shaykh: Yes.

The questioner : Regarding the imam, meaning we are afraid that he will pray with them, any imam, and they might be innovators. Is it permissible for the imam who preached to us today to preach to them tomorrow?

The Shaykh : The principle is that imams should not be multiplied in one mosque or one congregation. This is the principle. But if there is a pressing necessity to depart from this principle, “necessities permit the prohibited” and “necessity is measured by its extent.”

The questioner: Yes.

The Shaykh : So if this preacher who will preach to them is predominantly righteous, but there may be something of misguidance or innovation or deviation associated with him, there is no harm in that. And his leading them is less evil than your imam leading them again.

The questioner : Okay, our Shaykh, during... up to now, meaning he started at the beginning of Ramadan, and up to now it is not available to us.
