The manner of bowing and what is said in it.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : After reciting the surah along with al-Fatihah, he raises his hands while saying takbir to bow.
He raises his hands to the level of his shoulders or the tips of his ears.
Then he places his hands on his knees, with his fingers spread apart, keeps his upper arms away from his sides, straightens his back with his head, and shortens his back so that he does not arch it. Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said:
When the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) bowed, he neither raised his head nor lowered it, rather (he did something) between that. كان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم إذا ركع لم يشخص رأسه ولم يصوبه ولكن بين ذلك
Sunan Ibn Majah 869Sahih (Darussalam)
.
He says: Subhan Rabbi al-Azim (Glory be to my Lord, the Most Great), repeating it three times.
He also says: Subhanaka Allahumma Rabbana wa bihamdika, Allahumma ighfir li (Glory be to You, O Allah, our Lord, and with Your praise, O Allah, forgive me).
He also says: Subuh Quddus, Rabb al-mala'ikah wa al-Ruh (The One who is free from all imperfections, the Holy One, Lord of the angels and the Spirit).
He frequently magnifies Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) while in the state of bowing.
