Discussion of the bowing in prayer, its manner, and what is said in it.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : Then he bows and says Allahu Akbar when bowing. He says, "O Allah, the Greatest," and places his hands on his knees with his fingers spread apart, as if grasping them on the knees. He keeps his upper arms away from his sides, straightens his back, and positions his head in line with his back, neither raising it nor lowering it. He says, "Subhan Rabbi al-Azim" (Glory be to my Lord, the Exalted) three times. If he increases this, there is no blame on him. If he glorifies Allah the Exalted after this dhikr with whatever He wills, there is no blame on him, because the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
So far as Ruk'u is concerned, extol in it the Great and Glorious Lord أما الركوع فعظموا فيه الرب
