Is it permissible for a person whose earnings are haram to build a mosque? And is it permissible to pray in this mosque?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner: This is a continuation of that question: Is it permissible for a person who trades in riba or works in singing to build a mosque with this money? And is it permissible for one who knows the truth of this matter to pray in this mosque?

The Shaykh: It is not permissible for a person whose earnings are haram, by whatever means of the forbidden means his earnings were obtained, to build a mosque; because the mosque that Allah (Mighty and Majestic) accepts and rewards its builder with good, as came in the authentic hadith:
Whoever builds for Allah a mosque the size of a sparrow's nest, or the size of a sparrow's footprints, Allah will build for him a house in Paradise. من بنى لله مسجدًا مثل أو كمفحص قطاة بنى الله له بيتًا في الجنة
; so His saying (peace and blessings be upon him):
for Allah لله
So Allah (Blessed and Exalted is He) — as came in the hadith of Muslim: Indeed, Allah is pure and does not accept except what is pure, and indeed, Allah commanded the believers with what He commanded the messengers; so He said: O messengers, eat from the good things and do good. Then the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) mentioned a man with disheveled hair and covered in dust, who lengthens his journey and raises his hands, saying: O my Lord, O my Lord, while his food is haram, his drink is haram, and he is fed with haram, so how will that be answered?.
So the point is: that Allah (Mighty and Majestic) does not accept from wealth except what is pure; so this is the answer to the first part of the question.
As for the second part, it is not permissible for the Muslim to intentionally pray in that mosque except if the time becomes tight for him; then it is permissible to pray in it, and Allah knows best.
Please proceed.
