Is it permissible for a pilgrim to perform Hajj in his regular clothes if his guardian (civil defense personnel) orders him to?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Is it permissible for a pilgrim to perform Hajj in his regular clothes if his guardian orders him to? For example, if one is unable to remove his sewn garments, like soldiers, and cannot perform Hajj in the ihram garments, does he have a valid Hajj?

The Shaykh : This question is strange. When do we ask, "Does he have a valid Hajj?" If he is able, is he able?

The questioner : No, he is not able.
Another questioner: He is working.

The Shaykh : Do not rush. What is it?

The questioner : The place where he goes... he will be at 'Arafah... but he does not wear the ihram... the fire brigade soldiers...

The Shaykh : The important point is that whoever is able to perform the obligatory act, it is obligatory for him, and whoever is not able, Allah does not burden a soul beyond its capacity. This is what we can say. As for a specific individual, I cannot say that the obligation has been lifted from him or that it has not. However, we refer to the principle, one of whose branches is:
offer prayer in standing condition; if you are unable to do so, then in sitting condition: if you are then at your side صلّ قائما فإن لم تستطع فقاعداً فإن لم تستطع فعلى جنب
Sunan Abi Dawud 952Sahih (Al-Albani)
So if a questioner asked me, "I cannot pray standing; should I pray sitting?" I would tell him that his question is not applicable, because if you are truthful that you cannot pray standing, what do you do? That is, between leaving the prayer and praying sitting. But I do not know if you are able or not able. As for the ruling,
offer prayer in standing condition; if you are unable to do so, then in sitting condition: if you are then at your side صلّ قائما فإن لم تستطع فقاعداً فإن لم تستطع فعلى جنب
Sunan Abi Dawud 952Sahih (Al-Albani)
and so on for all questions of this nature.
