Among the characteristics of Friday is the hour of response.

The Shaykh : And among the characteristics of this day — I mean Friday — is that it contains this hour to which we referred, an hour in which no Muslim servant who is standing in prayer asks Allah for anything but that He gives it to him.
The scholars differed in specifying this hour, with more than forty opinions, but the closest of the opinions are two:
The first opinion is that it is from when the imam goes out to the people for prayer until the prayer is completed, for this is the most hopeful of the times to coincide with the hour of response, based on what Muslim narrated from the hadith of Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him). It is an hour, as you know, in which the Muslims gather for an obligatory duty of Allah and they supplicate to Allah, so it is the closest to coinciding with the hour of response. For this reason, a person should strive to supplicate in this hour, especially in the prayer. The place of supplication in the prayer is either in prostration, or after the tashahhud, or in the sitting between the two prostrations. A person should strive to supplicate in the Friday prayer and be aware that this is among the most hopeful times of Friday for response.
As for the second hour, it is after 'Asr.Sahih al-Bukhari 1167.
We mentioned a rule in this issue in the first session we held here, and we said: What is it? Every prayer that has a cause is prayed in the time of prohibition, and there is no prohibition regarding it.
