The hour in which supplication is answered on Friday and the prescription of supplication in it

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
This questioner, may the Shaykh be respected, says: I read in one of the books that the hour of response on Friday is the last hour after the 'Asr prayer. At this time, I get up and perform wudu', then I sit facing the qiblah, and I supplicate and beseech Allah But I am afraid that this act might be a bid'ah (religious innovation)?

Answer:
No, this is a good act. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) informed us that on Friday there is an hour in which no Muslim servant who asks Allah for anything will not be given it. He indicated that it is a short hour. It came in some narrations that it is between the Imam sitting on the minbar on Friday and the completion of the prayer, meaning: between his sitting on the minbar and his finishing the prayer. This is a place of response if one supplicates in it between the two khutbahs, or in the sujud of the obligatory prayer, or at the end of the prayer. All of this is a place of response.
It also came from him (peace and blessings be upon him) that it is after the 'Asr prayer until the setting of the sun, that it is between the 'Asr prayer and the setting of the sun. If a person sits after 'Asr in a state of wudu' waiting for Maghrib and supplicates, he is in the ruling of the one who is praying. The one who waits for the prayer is like the one who is praying; whoever sits waiting for it is in prayer. It is recommended to increase supplication in this state. Yes.
