Continuation of the discussion on the question: What is the ruling on dissecting a dead body to determine the cause of death?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : If there is a Muslim ruler, it is not permissible for him to adopt this method, because it is a method based on disrespecting the dead. And you know, I think, the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)
Breaking the bones of the deceased is like breaking his bones when he is alive.
Sunan Ibn Majah 1616Hasan (Darussalam)
If this dissection is based on opposing this Islamic principle, and the disbelievers, as our Lord (Mighty and Majestic) rightly described them in the Qur'an when He said
Fight those who do not believe in Allah or in the Last Day and who do not consider unlawful what Allah and His Messenger have made unlawful and who do not adopt the religion of truth from those who were given the Scripture - [fight] until they give the jizyah willingly while they are humbled.
[At-Tawbah 9:29]
.

The questioner : May Allah reward you with good.

The Shaykh : And you as well.
