The ruling on the waiting period of a divorced pregnant woman, with evidence.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : And he did not have intercourse with her, so she has no waiting period, or she is not required to observe it; which is correct? She is not required to observe a waiting period.
The evidence is the statement of Allah the Exalted:
O You who have believed, when you marry believing women and then divorce them before you have touched them, then there is not for you any waiting period to count concerning them يا أيها الذين آمنوا إذا نكحتم المؤمنات ثم طلقتموهن من قبل أن تمسوهن فما لكم عليهن من عدة تعتدونها
[Al-Ahzab 33:49]
He established the waiting period for the husband regarding the wife.
The second case: What is it? If she is pregnant, her waiting period is until she gives birth.
The evidence?
And for those who are pregnant, their term is until they give birth وأولات الأحمال أجلهن أن يضعن حملهن
[At-Talaq 65:4]
.
Now, if he divorces his wife while she is pregnant in the morning and she gives birth before the midday prayer, does the waiting period end? The waiting period ends and she becomes lawful for other husbands.
Is it possible to contract her marriage to a husband after the midday prayer so that he can enter her at night? Then this wife would be lawful to one man on Saturday night and to another man on Sunday night, because her waiting period is determined by giving birth, and she gave birth during the day.
