What is the ruling on cleaning staff entering the women’s section in private hospitals?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : He asks several questions regarding hospitals designated for women. Is there any good news about that? Is there any intention to designate that specifically for women? And what is the ruling on some private hospitals that have a section designated for women, but they do not prevent cleaning staff from entering it?

The Shaykh : I want the questioner to direct the question to those responsible for the hospitals, as I have no knowledge of that. If they give us good news about the direction he mentioned, let them give us the good news, and we will give him good news, if Allah wills. As for the private hospitals that have a section for women but cleaning staff enter it, if there is a need for that, there is nothing wrong with it, on the condition that they do not enter upon the women in a state of seclusion. Rather, they should be in a wing where there are no women. Then, after they clean it, the women move to the wing where the cleaning took place until the second wing is cleaned. Or, it should be requested of the owners of the private hospitals that the cleaners for the wing where the women are should be women, and there are many women who can perform this work.
