So, if a person feels moisture when caressing his wife, and he knows it is semen—which is what comes out with desire, force, and a gush—then the full ritual bath is obligatory for him. If it is not so, but he feels moisture without a gush or pleasure, then this is pre-seminal fluid. It requires washing the private parts and the two thighs, and sprinkling water on whatever it touches of the clothes or the body.
