I do not mean unfortunate because of Iraq's withdrawal from Kuwait, for that was one of our primary objectives: that the Iraqi army would retreat from its injustice. I do not mean it is unfortunate in terms of this result, but rather because of the dominance of the disbelievers over them. Perhaps they will enter the Iraqis' lands, shed their blood, and complete the destruction in their country as well. So we ask Allah (Mighty and Majestic) to protect them from the evil of these disbelieving states and to make true in them His saying, Blessed and Exalted is He: .
