The Islamic state is not established except through purification and education, and the meaning of purification and education

The Shaykh : Brothers, we now want to revive the Islamic society before we establish the Muslim state. This is a point that most Islamic callers overlook. The Muslim state cannot be established in a disbelieving or quasi-disbelieving society, or in a society of open sinners. Rather, the Muslim state is established on Muslim land. This Muslim land can only be realized through the two previous pillars: purification and education. Regarding purification, we said that Islam today is not that Islam. We mentioned to you the hadith: We challenge any sect, any group, or any person who wants to establish the Muslim state on a methodology other than this one. We ask them one question and they must answer it: Do you know what the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) and his Companions were upon? No. It is not possible for them to know, because they did not spend their lives knowing the Sunnah. Even if they tried, they could not. Why? Because one person cannot do it. Scholars must inherit this knowledge, generation after generation. Knowledge of the Sunnah in its proper form has been cut off for centuries, unfortunately. Therefore, there must be scholars who can answer every issue that comes to a person's mind or is presented to any person, saying: "The answer is this; the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) said this; the Companions were upon this." This is how the Islamic society can be realized. And this is the answer to the paragraph I was sitting in when I mentioned it, perhaps you will remind me of it. The answer is that we establish the state automatically by creating the Islamic society. The Muslim state will exist. As for a Muslim state imposed by a military coup, or a coup as they claim today, a white one in which no blood is shed, but the land remains the same, and the society has not been prepared to accept the rulings of the Shari'ah, the result will be that the facade is different, but the men who we say today rule by other than what Allah revealed will be replaced by men who used to say they wanted to establish the state, and they may reach power...
