Clarification that the hadiths of intercession contain evidence that the one who abandons prayer is not a disbeliever

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : The one who comes at the end, who testifies that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, does he have faith or not? He has faith, without doubt. Do you think this faith, even if it is the size of a mustard seed, will benefit him on the Day of Resurrection or not? The hadiths related to the hadiths of intercession are very explicit.
Whoever had the weight of a speck of faith in his heart will depart from the Fire. أخرجوا من النار من كان في قلبه مثقال ذرة من إيمان
Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2598Sahih (Darussalam)
After a mustard seed, he said, what? A mustard seed, and a seed, and then he said: a speck of faith, take him out of the Fire. And then I found authentic hadiths, brothers, that I showed them to you, that the righteous believers intercede for the sinful believers, and they come and take a group out of the Fire, saying, "Our Lord, take out those who used to perform Hajj with us and pray with us," and so on. So permission is granted to them for a second batch, and they take them out of the Fire. They do this three times. So the first batch included those who prayed, and the second batch did not include those who prayed. This is a text in the hadith of intercession that also includes those who did not pray, and it is a decisive text on the matter, aside from the precise jurisprudential aspects in which some people may share our understanding and others may not. As for the issue of intercession, the first batch they take out are those who used to pray and perform Hajj with them, but they had sins that caused them to enter the Fire, so they intercede for them. A second batch, a third batch. Of course, there are no prayer performers among these; the prayer performers were taken out in the first batch. This is the divine justice.
(7) So whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it, (8) And whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it. فمن يعمل مثقال ذرة خيرا يره ومن يعمل مثقال ذرة شرا يره
[Az-Zalzalah 99:7-8]
So if a Muslim does not deny anything of the religion, then our Lord is Forgiving and Merciful. And praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds.

The questioner : May Allah reward you with good.

The Shaykh : Has the time for prayer come?

The questioner : Our brother is asking for permission.

The Shaykh : Please, yes.

The questioner : He wants to offer you a cup of tea.

Another questioner : Pray at his place.

The questioner : What do you think? And there is a good tree where you can sit, O honorable one.The Shaykh : .

The Shaykh : It seems he wants to save you the trouble, he wants to save you the trouble. We want to visit you one day in your own home.

The questioner : This is a great honor.

The Shaykh : Yes, this is for you.

The questioner : This is a great honor.

The Shaykh : It seems...

The questioner : Like this, and then like this.

The questioner : It seems you want to save him the trouble, meaning you want to do it from nearby. No, we are not going to do it.

The questioner : A great honor. We want to do it now, and then we want to do it later.

The Shaykh : If Allah wills, a second time. It is enough for now that we have become acquainted, and praise be to Allah.

The questioner : ... .

The Shaykh : And the best of it is in its other parts.

The questioner : Some people sit to benefit, meaning.

The Shaykh : I don't know. In any case, we attended in response to our brother's invitation here.

Another questioner : May Allah reward you with good.

Another questioner : May Allah reward you with good.
