The Shaykh’s advice to young men and women regarding Islamic dress, and the continuation of the answer to the question about girls swimming

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : Then there is another observation: We instruct the young men who go down to swim in lakes, seas, or rivers not to wear clothing that is transparent or tight-fitting. It must be loose and not outline the 'awrah (part of the body that must be covered). Likewise, women are not permitted to wear these pants that cling tightly to their thighs, outlining the thigh whether it is fleshy or thin, or similar to that. These are matters that must be observed by anyone who wishes to fear Allah (Mighty and Majestic) and to walk upon the straight path.
So, there is absolutely no room for dispensation in this matter. Even if these conditions were applied, I want to draw your attention to something. There is a saying in some of the proverbs that "the wall has ears." Do you hear this phrase? Yes. Now, "the wall has eyes"…

The questioner : This is new.

The Shaykh : Now, "the wall has eyes," so I do not believe it can be guaranteed that no one can see these Muslim girls while they are swimming in the lake designated for them. How is this possible? Only by building a wall from the four corners on all four sides, and that is a fantasy within a fantasy. Is the answer clear? Good. What else do you have?
