What is the obligation of Arab mujahideen in Afghanistan if there are religious innovations among the Afghan mujahideen?

The questioner : Meaning in the same area, but the Arabs are in a nearby position, yet they coordinate.

The Shaykh : I believe that if the Arabs go to the Afghans, they are assuming, or it is obligatory for them to assume, two jihads that they cannot perform in their own homeland. The first jihad is their participation with the Afghan Muslims in fighting the atheist communists. The other jihad is that they convey the call of Allah to these non-Arab Afghans who have strayed due to their non-Arab origin and the ignorance of their scholars regarding the tawhid (the oneness of Allah) that Allah revealed to the heart of Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him). So, if we assume that Allah (Mighty and Majestic) grants victory to the Afghan Muslims over their enemy, the communists, and the state of Islam is established as they proclaim, it remains obligatory for the Arab Muslims to strive against the Afghans themselves who proclaim the establishment of the state of Islam, because they do not know how to establish the state of Islam properly, and they have not yet understood the tawhid for which Allah sent the messengers and sent down the books to guide people to this tawhid. Therefore, we say to the people of the Arabic language in this Arab land: You will not benefit at all from your concern and from your frequent chanting about establishing the Muslim state unless you study Islam with a correct scientific study and disseminate this study among the Muslim community, so that they become truly Muslim. If Allah (Mighty and Majestic) enables you to make Islam the ruling law, the people will be ready to accept this Islam and implement it and make it a practical ruler. But as long as Islam is distant and the Muslims are distant from understanding this Islam correctly, they will deny Islam and reject Islam when it is imposed on them by force, because they will find themselves strangers to this Islam. There is a Syrian joke that is told, and it is claimed that a man from the Kurds is used as an example in our Syria that a Kurdish man remains enthusiastic about Islam on one hand, but he knows nothing about Islam, so they joke and say that a Kurdish man met a Jew on the road, and the Kurds are brave men like the Afghans, and he was armed with a dagger. When he met the Jew on the road, he took the dagger from his pocket and said: "Now I will make you Muslim or I will kill you." He said to him: "What should I say?" He said: "I don't know." This is a joke, of course, it doesn't have to be a real incident. And now we are calling for Islam and we want to apply Islam. The most noble thing in Islam remains unknown to the masses of Muslims, which is tawhid (the oneness of Allah). How do we want to establish Islam? Then this ignorance appears in the writings of intellectuals who state that if we take over the government, it is not permissible for us to apply the Sharia rulings immediately. It is absolutely not permissible to declare that the hand of the one who steals will be cut off, and the one who commits zina (unlawful sexual intercourse), if he is married, will be stoned, and if he is unmarried, will be flogged one hundred lashes. Why do they say this? I give them an excuse and I do not give them an excuse. I give them an excuse because they see that the society is not ready to accept this Sharia. I do not give them an excuse because they do not raise the people, they do not teach them. So how will they teach them? They will establish an Islamic state and then impose Islam, either by force, in which case the people will rise up against them, or an Islamic name without a body.
