What is the ruling on making up the prayer that a person misses, especially the Fajr prayer, when this happens to him frequently? Is he excused for that?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : ... the Zuhr or 'Asr prayer was missed... and he got up from sleep and prayed. This happens to him daily, missing the Fajr prayer until he lifts his head from sleep, then he gets up, performs wudu, and prays; is this permissible or not?

The Shaykh : Making up the prayer, my brother, has two forms.

The questioner : May Allah reward you with good.

The Shaykh : Making up the prayer that one deliberately delays beyond its time; this making up has no basis in our Shari'ah. The second type of making up.
Please, on the right.

Another questioner: May Allah reward you with all good.

Another questioner : ... .

The Shaykh : The second type of making up is when a man sleeps through the prayer or forgets it. He wakes up for it at one time and remembers it at another, and he prays it. Even if, for example, the sun is up, or if the sun has set and he has not prayed 'Asr, he prays it. This one is excused, and that one is not excused. The excused one has a dispensation to pray it when he remembers it or when he wakes up from sleep. This is the explicit statement of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).
If you want to hurry me.

The questioner: Yes.

The Shaykh : Do you want to hold the cup and finish drinking with your left hand?

The questioner : ... it cuts off.

The Shaykh : Yes, you.
