Does the imam and the one praying alone say (Our Lord, to You belongs all praise) aloud after rising from the bowing?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Regarding the adhan and the iqamah, I had asked you, Shaykh, about the issue of saying the imam's and the individual's words, "Our Lord, to You belongs all praise," quietly or aloud. I understood from the answer that we say it aloud?

The Shaykh : This is what appears from Abu Hurayrah's description that the Messenger (peace be upon him), when he prayed with the people and raised his head from the bowing, would say:
Allah hears whoever praises him, our Lord and praise belongs to You. سمع الله لمن حمده ، ربَّنا ولك الحمد
Muwatta Malik 3:17
. So we did not find in the hadiths a distinction between the first and the second, such that the first is said aloud and the second quietly.
Yes.
