Explaining what is said when rising from the bowing

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q216: The questioner asks: When making the qunut after rising from the bowing, is it said: "Our Lord, to You belongs all praise"?
A216: It is obligatory for the imam and the one praying alone to say: "Allah hears the one who praises Him. Our Lord, to You belongs all praise"
As for the one praying behind the imam, he should limit himself to saying: "Our Lord, to You belongs all praise"; based on the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
and when he said: Sami' Allahu liman hamidah (Allah hears the one who praises Him)وإذا قال: سمع الله لمن حمده، قولوا: ربنا لك الحمد
