Clarification that "purification and education" must begin with individuals.

The Shaykh : The summary of this discourse on purification and education is that reform begins with the reform of individuals. This is what is called today the reform of the base. This is what the speech referred to... regarding some Islamic callers, and in my belief, it is among the wisdoms that Allah (Blessed and Exalted is He) sometimes inspires in some of His servants. This speech is the one that says: "Establish the state of Islam in your hearts, and it will be established for you in your land." So today, we are always seeking and constantly chanting that sovereignty belongs to Allah alone. This is a statement that is part of the perfection of tawhid (the oneness of Allah); due to the saying of Allah (Mighty and Majestic) regarding the Christians: ... What I mean is the group that truly wants to establish the rule of Allah on earth. It is obligatory for them, before they ask the rulers to establish the rule of Allah in their state, that these individuals establish the rule of Allah in their little state, in their hearts.
