Does poor organization in Afghanistan justify my disobeying their commander?

The Shaykh : No, if you have gone there to fight, I have told many of those who traveled from here, even when I went to Saudi Arabia and arrived in Dammam and that area, a few months ago some of them consulted me about going there during the vacation. I asked him, how long is the vacation? He said, a month or two, I have forgotten. I said, and after that? He said, I return to my job. I said to him: It is not permissible for you to return to your job by your own choice; rather, it is obligatory for you to hand over the reins of your affairs to the president with whom you are striving in the path of Allah. If he finds some free time and tells you to return to your country, and when we need you we will call for you, then that is permissible for you. But if you go wherever you want, whenever you want, and return whenever you want, then that is not permissible.
