What is the authenticity of the hadith: (Whoever says ten words a thousand times on the Day of 'Arafah ... Glory be to Him who ...)?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Al-Huwayni: What is the authenticity of the hadith narrated by Abu Ya'la, al-Tabarani, and Ibn Abi al-Dunya in his book on sacrifices, from Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him), in which the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Whoever says these ten words a thousand times on the night of 'Arafah, he will not ask Allah for anything except that He will give it to him, except for severing a family tie or a sin: Glory be to Him whose is the Throne in the sky, Glory be to Him whose is the dwelling place on the earth, Glory be to Him whose is the path in the sea, Glory be to Him whose is the power in the Fire, Glory be to Him whose is the mercy in Paradise, Glory be to Him whose is the decree in the graves, Glory be to Him whose is the spirit in the air, Glory be to Him who raised the sky, Glory be to Him who placed the earth, Glory be to Him from whom there is no refuge except to Him.

The Shaykh : This hadith, which I had previously examined, is one of the weak hadiths whose chains of narration are not authentic. This is with regard to the chain. As for the text, it appears to me that it is a composite, put together by some of those who do not ... at best, they are not good at narrating hadiths from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and at worst, they are fabricating a hadith from scattered hadiths and presenting to people a hadith that is not authentic from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). This is what comes to my mind as an answer regarding this hadith at this moment.
