What is the authenticity of the hadith: (Whoever says these ten words a thousand times on the night of 'Arafah, he will not ask Allah for anything but He will give it to him, except for severing family ties or a sin)

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Al-Huwayni: What is the authenticity of the hadith narrated by Abu Ya'la, al-Tabarani, and Ibn Abi al-Dunya in "The Book of Sacrifices" from Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him), in which the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Whoever says these ten words a thousand times on the night of 'Arafah, he will not ask Allah for anything but He will give it to him, except for severing family ties or a sin: Glory be to Him whose is the Throne in the sky, Glory be to Him whose is the Footstool on the earth, Glory be to Him whose is the path in the sea, Glory be to Him whose is the power in the Fire, Glory be to Him whose is the mercy in Paradise, Glory be to Him whose is the decree in the graves, Glory be to Him whose is the spirit in the air, Glory be to Him who raised the sky, Glory be to Him who placed the earth, Glory be to Him from whom there is no refuge except to Him

The Shaykh : I had previously traced this hadith, and it is one of the weak hadiths whose chains of narration are not authentic. This is with regard to the chain. As for the text, it appears to me that it is a composite, put together by some who, at best, do not properly narrate hadiths from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and at worst, fabricate a hadith from scattered hadiths and present to people a hadith that is not authentic from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).
This is what comes to my mind as an answer regarding this hadith at this moment.
