What is the authenticity of the hadith of Usamah ibn Shurayk that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was asked on the Day of Sacrifice about one who performed sa'y before tawaf?

Al-Halabi : Another question says:The questioner : What is the degree of authenticity of the hadith of Abu Dawud from Usamah ibn Shurayk that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was asked on the Day of Sacrifice about one who performed sa'y before tawaf, and he said: “There is no harm”? And does the generally narrated hadith that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
He was not asked about anything on the Day of Sacrifice, whether to delay or advance, except that he said: “There is no harm” ما سئل عن شيء يوم النحر أخِّر أو قدم إلا قال: لا حرج
corroborate it?

The Shaykh : As for the hadith of Usamah ibn Shurayk that Abu Dawud narrated in al-Sunan and others, such as Imam Ahmad in al-Musnad, its chain of narration is authentic. As for the corroboration by the narration:
He was not asked about anything except that he said: “There is no harm” ما سئل عن شيء إلا قال: لا حرج
Sunan al-Bayhaqi 4:965
; it does not corroborate it, because the phrase did not come from the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him), but rather from the narrator. The narrator did not mention to us in his hadith, which is not the hadith of Usamah, that this question, which came in the hadith of Usamah, was certainly among the questions. Therefore, it is not valid to consider it a corroborating narration unless the mention of sa'y appeared in that hadith, and it did not. So, it is a solitary authentic hadith upon which the argument stands. Yes.
