A pilgrim performing 'Umrah who performed sa'y before tawaf: does he repeat sa'y after tawaf?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of Fatwa No. ( 1559 )
Q1: A pilgrim performing 'Umrah did not know and performed sa'y before tawaf. Does he have to perform sa'y again after repeating tawaf?
Volume 1: He does not have to repeat the sa'y (walking between al-Safa and al-Marwah); for what was narrated by Abu Dawud in his Sunan with a sound chain to Usamah ibn Sharik who said:
I went out with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) as a pilgrim, and the people would come to him, some saying: "O Messenger of Allah, I performed sa'y before tawaf," or "I did something before its time and delayed something else." He would say: "There is no harm, there is no harm," except for a man who borrows the honor of a Muslim man while being unjust; that is the one who is in difficulty and perishes.
. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
