Some pilgrims performed the tawaf of ifadah on the night of the Day of Sacrifice at 2:00 AM, prayed Fajr in the Haram, and then stoned the pillars after Fajr. What is the ruling on their action?

The questioner : Okay, Shaykh, some of the pilgrims perform the tawaf of ifadah at 2:00 AM on the night of the Day of Sacrifice, then they pray Fajr in the Haram, and then they leave and stone the pillars. What is the ruling on their action?

The Shaykh : I mean, they pray—excuse me—they perform ifadah before the time?

The questioner : They leave Muzdalifah for the Haram.

The Shaykh : For the ifadah, yes. It appears, based on the report of the narrator, who is Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-As (may Allah be pleased with them both), that he saw that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was not asked about anything on that day except that he said
No harm will come; no harm will come لا حرج لا حرج
Sunan Abi Dawud 2015Sahih (Al-Albani)
It also appears that there is no blame on them, and Allah knows best.
