The questioner : I went out to al-Tan'eem after entering the state of ihram, and I said, "Labbaik, Labbaik, O Allah, 'Umrah on behalf of my mother," and I performed tawaf and sa'y.

The Shaykh : This is not prescribed. If you want to perform 'Umrah on behalf of your mother, you should return to your miqat a few days after Hajj and enter the state of ihram from there for 'Umrah on behalf of your mother. Yes.
