Is it permissible for the weak to throw the Jamrat al-Aqabah on the Day of Sacrifice before the sun rises?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Our Shaykh, may Allah have mercy on him, said that Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered his family to depart, or as Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) said, he ordered his family to depart from Muzdalifah after the middle of the night." And you said that he forbade throwing the stones until the sun rises. I read in another hadith of Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) as well, where he said: "And we threw the stones, and I was with them, before the sun rose." Do you have this text in mind?

The Shaykh : It is not in my memory, but if it exists as you are quoting it, I do not think it is authentic given the authenticity of his hadith:
Do not throw... لا ترموا ...

The questioner : Peace be upon you and Allah's mercy.

The Shaykh : And upon you be peace, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.

The questioner : What comes most to my memory now is that it is in al-Shawkani's Nail al-Authar, volume five and six, or rather volume five.

The Shaykh : It has no value, because al-Shawkani is a compiler of marginal notes, so he often collects contradictory narrations, which sometimes makes it easy for him to critique them. His transmission is usually not from his own independent legal reasoning, but rather a transmission from others. And if he did not find a predecessor who had critiqued some of the narrations he transmits, he remains silent about them. As for the authentic narration regarding those who threw the stones before Fajr, it is the narration of Umm Salama, and it is in Sahih al-Bukhari. As for Ibn Abbas himself...

The questioner : ... .

The Shaykh : How?

The questioner : Take the right...

The Shaykh : Labbaik Allahumma labbaik, labbaik la sharika laka labbaik, innal hamda wan ni'ma laka wal mulk, la sharika laka.
