The ruling on stoning the pillars after midnight on the night of the festival

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question: We are a group of pilgrims, some of us with women and others alone. Is it permissible for the one who is alone to stone the pillars with his group after midnight? Knowing that you are aware of the hardships during Hajj.

Answer: There is nothing wrong with stoning the pillars on the night of the Day of Sacrifice after midnight due to the hardship you mentioned; for this reason, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) granted a dispensation to the weak to leave Muzdalifah before dawn and granted them a dispensation to stone the pillars before dawn.
As for the strong, it is better for them to stone after the sun rises; because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) stoned the pillars on the Day of Sacrifice in the late morning, and because it was reported from him (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said:
Do not stone the Jamrah until the sun has risen.لا ترموا الجمرة حتى تطلع الشمس
Jami` at-Tirmidhi 893Sahih (Darussalam)
However, there is weakness in its chain.
The correct view is that stoning the pillars after midnight on the night of the Day of Sacrifice suffices for everyone due to the great hardship on everyone, but delaying it until after the sun rises is better and more cautious for the strong, in order to combine the evidence, and one who has women or weak people with him is like them.
