What should one do if he lives with his married brother and wants to enter the house in his brother's absence?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : He saysThe Shaykh The questioner : What should a young man living with his married brother do if his brother is away from the house? Is it permissible for him to enter, given that the house is spacious and contains many rooms where he can seclude himself in one of them?

The Shaykh : If she locks the door on herself, it is permissible; otherwise, it is not. In the brother's question, the answer must include some detail.
any man who may do good with this (man) and pray along with him رجل يتصدق على هذا فيصلي معه
Sunan Abi Dawud 574Sahih (Al-Albani)
This hadith has no connection to the second congregation in many respects. We will now limit ourselves to mentioning one of those respects, which is certain: there is a person giving charity and a person receiving it. As for the prayer of the second congregation and those after it, there is no one giving charity and no one receiving it. Otherwise, imagine two men entering after the first congregation has finished, and one of them leads the other in prayer. Who is the one giving charity and who is the one receiving it?

The questioner : There is nothing.

The Shaykh : Therefore, including this hadith in this topic is a very clear error. One is surprised by the great scholars who cite this hadith in the chapter on the second congregation; it is a strange oversight.

The questioner : Is there a prohibition in it?

The Shaykh : No, there is no prohibition in it. There is a prohibition regarding entering the mosque congregation after the adhan. For example, if they want to pray the pre-Zuhr sunnah, and they pray it as a congregation, is that permissible?

The questioner : It is not permissible.

The Shaykh : Is there a prohibition? No, there is not. This is like that, but I am saying there is a prohibition. There is a prohibition, but this prohibition is not what everyone understands. His saying (peace and blessings be upon him):
'A'isha reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: He who innovates things in our affairs for which there is no valid (reason) (commits sin) and these are to be rejected. من أحدث في أمرنا هذا ما ليس منه فهو رد
Sahih Muslim 1718a
This is the prohibition. It includes many innovations. Whereas if the prohibition were about the second congregation, for example, the prohibition would fall specifically on that one congregation. So we can say: there is a prohibition, but this prohibition is understood by the scholars.

The questioner : He is looking for someone to give charity to.

The Shaykh : What is required of every person, if it occurs to the mind casually, that is what is permissible.

The questioner : So that the virtue of the congregation increases, O Shaykh? So that he catches the virtue of the congregation?

The Shaykh : Why? I don't know why he needs to look for one person. Even if you justify it, you didn't say what I said earlier. May Allah forgive you...
