Does Islam distinguish between the transgression of an apostate against Allah, His Messenger, and His religion, and the transgression of an original disbeliever?

The questioner : In English

The Shaykh : Then, do you think the Shari'ah distinguishes between a Muslim who apostatizes and an original disbeliever who has attacked Islam and the Prophet of Islam? Does it distinguish between the obligation to kill this one and that one?

The questioner : In English

The Shaykh : Ah, have we reached the goal?

The questioner : He is asking whether this is a question for him or whether it is...

The Shaykh: Yes.

The questioner : Is this a question for him or is it an update...

The Shaykh : Did you understand what I said?

The questioner : Yes.

The Shaykh : All right, I will complete it by saying that this disbeliever who has attacked the Messenger (peace be upon him) is either a dhimmi or a person under a treaty. This disbeliever who has slandered the Messenger (peace be upon him), or the religion of Islam, or the Qur'an, or any of the known rites of Islam is either a dhimmi, or a person under a treaty, or a person at war. If he is a dhimmi or a person under a treaty, then merely slandering Islam in one of its aspects means he has lifted the protection from himself and made his blood lawful, because his blood was protected by his submission to the protection. So when he made it unlawful and did not submit to it, he became deserving of death. Therefore, in early Islam, when the Muslims were in a position of strength, many dhimmis were killed by Islamic hudud, even though as a disbeliever his blood is originally lawful. Why are these issues not raised? There are many of them. Instead, a case like this man's is made into a book, and the world turns upside down due to unscrupulous political exploitation.

The Shaykh : We believe

The questioner : In English

The Shaykh : In my opinion...

The questioner : He is asking whether this means he is not killed?

The Shaykh : The meaning is he is killed and not killed, because there is no one who kills.

The questioner : In English

The Shaykh : That is it.

The questioner : He says why is there no one who kills?

The Shaykh : Because more Muslims would be killed in retaliation.

The questioner : In English

The Shaykh : And I give them an example, which is more dangerous to me than this book.

The questioner : In English

The Shaykh : It is obligatory to kill dozens, if not hundreds, of British people other than the author of this book.

The questioner : In English

The Shaykh : Among them is the owner of... I don't know what to say, because my memory is far off. I say a cafe, a bar, a dance hall, and we pass by some streets in London where it is written "Makkah."

The questioner : In English

The Shaykh : Did he see this thing or did he change it because protests arose from some Arab countries?

The questioner : In English

Another questioner: He is present.

The Shaykh : So I tell him, if I saw killing and he agreed with me in what I see, I would tell him that on a moonless night, this cafe or bar should be blown up with everyone in it, because these people are evil, because this is a permanent, continuous title, and no one changes it.

The questioner : In English

The Shaykh : Watch out, Abu Muhammad, wake up, it is understood that he is ordering him to do it -laughs-

The questioner : In English

The Shaykh : And then I heard, and perhaps you saw or perhaps not, some underwear has the name of the testimony written on it, or the sandal below it has "La ilaha illa Allah" written on it. I read about this, I did not see it!

The questioner : In English

The Shaykh : So a lot of what he wants to catch up on, he writes it down. Is there anything else?

The questioner : In English

Another questioner : Under what circumstances is abortion of a woman permitted, or is it not permitted at all?

The Shaykh : It is permitted in cases if the first condition is met: before the blowing of the soul, the Shari'ah blowing, not the medical one.

The questioner : In English

The Shaykh : Four months.

The questioner : In English

The Shaykh : This is the first condition.

The questioner : In English

The Shaykh : The second condition is that the abortion is according to the opinion of a Muslim, pious, jurist doctor.

The questioner : In English

The Shaykh : As for the condition of jurisprudence, it is to distinguish between what is permissible and what is not permissible.

The questioner : In English

The Shaykh : The second condition is that he is a doctor, a skilled doctor, such that he sees that if this woman does not abort, her life is feared for.

The questioner : In English

The Shaykh : And that is all.

The questioner : In English

The questioner : Meaning, unless there is danger to the mother, it is not approached, and if there is no danger, even if it is after five months, and there is danger to her.

The Shaykh : Yes, without doubt, but danger differs from danger, this requires returning to the judgment of the Muslim doctor.

The questioner : If the danger is to the mother's life at any time.

The Shaykh : It is this.

The Shaykh : But notice, Adnan, danger differs from danger...

Another questioner : A realized danger.
